Cheesy Chicken Meatballs


A firm favourite for a quick snack or family meal.



  • In a large bowl combine the chicken mince, baby marrows, spring onion, breadcrumbs and Spur Salad & French Fry Dressing.
  • Mix well and form into 12 medium-sized balls.
  • Add the tomato paste sauce & place into tomato sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Turn the meatballs in the sauce and simmer for a further 6 minutes.
  • Top the chicken meatballs with Spur Smooth & Cheesy Cheese Sauce and heat for 1-2 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  • Serve with soft, fresh, white bread.
