- 15 ml (1 Tbsp) cooking oil
- 500 g boerewors
- 2 onions, sliced (optional)
- 6 hotdog rolls
- Soft butter or margarine
- 200 ml (1 sachet) Spur Tomato & Chilli Sauce
- Heat oil in pan and fry the boerewors until golden brown. Drain excess oil.
- Add onions to pan and sauté until soft. Add Spur Tomato & Chilli Sauce and simmer to heat up.
- Cut rolls and spread butter on the inside. Place boerewors pieces on and top with sauce. Serve warm.
